Competition Day at CrossFit Dark Horse
On June 30, we had 9 teams compete at the OutWOD Power of Pride event at Brick CrossFit! It was an awesome day of friends, fun, and fitness supporting a good cause. In fact, CFDH teams raised over $2,200 for OutWod charities!
OutWOD is the largest international initiative for bringing together LGBT+ athletes and their allies to raise funds for local charitable organizations and sweat together in a safe, inclusive group fitness environment.
